What is a Digital Asset?

A digital asset is anything that is stored digitally and is uniquely identifiable that organizations can use to realize value. Examples of digital assets include documents, audio, videos, logos, slide presentations, spreadsheets and websites.
What is it mean by “I want automatic authenticate access by facial recognition?”

By enabling the Automatic Authenticate option, the system will compare the user facial profile with the live facial via device’s Camera to authenticate the access on your behalf.
What if I don’t enable Automatic Authenticate option?

If you don’t want to enable Automatic Authenticate option then every time the user want to access your Digital Asset then you have to either Allow or Reject their request to access the Digital Asset on the Docerfy’a Mobile App. You will see their facial real time in order to make the decision.
What is the SMS code authenticate option?

It’s another authenticate option where before your user want access to your Digital Asset then you will receive an SMS code where you could share that to your user before they can access to your important Digital Asset.
What is the Re-authenticate time meant?

It’s the expiration of your authenticate session, for you example your user was successfully access to your document at 9 AM and if the Re-authenticate time you set was 20 minutes, then at 9:20 AM Docerfy will ask your user to do another round of authenticate before he/she can access to the Digital Assets again.
What is the permanent delete meant?

This option is to delete your Digital Asset completely from Docerfy at number or day you set to delete. For example, if you set 2 days then after 2 days your Digital Asset will be deleted from Docery’s system for good, but you still be able access to the Digital Asset report.
Can I set authenticate for the entire Digital Asset folder?

Yes you can set authenticate access for your entire folder, and the setup is exactly the same as you setup for your individual Digital Asset.
Can I send my Digital Asset after I’m done setting up Access Authenticate?

Yes, you can send either the entire folder or individual Digital Asset to whomever you want using the Mail icon option.
Is it required to have 2 layers of authenticate for my Docerfy account?

Yes it is required, you can set either with the SMS or by facial authenticate.
How to get the report for my Digital Asset access authenticate?

Just go to the Digital Asset you want to obtain the report then look for the 3 dash line which is the report feature.
Can I manually delete the Digital Asset?

Digital Asset from your Docerfy’s account is belonged to you, and yes you can delete any Digital Asset when you want to, just look for the Delete icon option.
How many team member I can invite to my Docerfy account?

It’s depend on the package plan you have subscripted to.
